Michael Gurian, NYT best selling author of 25 books in 21 languages
Michael Gurian is the New York Times bestselling author of twenty five books in twenty one languages and co-founder of the Gurian Institute, which conducts research, launches pilot programs, and trains professionals. He has pioneered efforts to bring neuro-biology and brain research into homes, schools, corporations, and public policy. As author of Leadership and the Sexes (August 2008) Nurture the Nature (May 2007), The Minds of Boys (September 2005), The Wonder of Boys, Boys and Girls Learn Differently! and The Wonder of Girls, he lectures internationally. Jeffery M. Leving, LTD Leading Family Law and Father's Rights Attorney
Named one of "America's Best Lawyers" by Forbes Radio, Jeffery Leving is the author of two ground-breaking books, Fathers' Rights and Divorce Wars.  He co-authored the Illinois Joint Custody Law and has made frequent appearances as an expert legal analyst and commentator on CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, FOX National News, and ABC News.  He is also the Chairman of the Illinois Council on Responsible Fatherhood and President Emeritus of the Fatherhood Educational Institute.

Dr. Bob McMurray, Language/Development Pscyhologist and Professor
Dr. Bob McMuray is a psychologist and assistant professor at the University of Iowa specializing in language, development, perception and learning.  He is also the director of the Mechanics of Audio-visual Categorization Lab where his team studies infant and child word learning, speech development, and other cognitive skill development. He received his Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester.

 Dr. Mark Mercurio, Neonatologist, Professor, and Director, Yale Pediatric Ethics Program
Dr. Mercurio is Director of the Yale Pediatric Ethics Program, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Yale University School of Medicine, and an attending neonatologist at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital.  He is Chair of the Pediatric Ethics Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee for the Yale University Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics.  He has over twenty years' experience as a clinical neonatologist, both in a major academic center and in a community hospital, as well as twenty years' experience in clinical ethics consultation.  Invited lectures and publications have involved analyses of ethical issues in adult and pediatric medicine, primarily focused on pediatrics.  Recent work has appeared in Pediatrics, the Hastings Center Report, the Journal of Medicine and Philosophy, the Journal of Perinatology, and other publications. He currently serves as the National Program Director for the American Academy of Pediatrics Section of Bioethics, and coordinates medical ethics publications for the AAP journal Pediatrics in Review.  Lat but not least, he is the father of three grown children.

Dr. John F. Murray, Sports Performance Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist
Known as the "Freud of Football" and "the Roger Federer of Sports Psychologists," Dr. Murray is a rare combination of sport performance psychologist, clinical psychologist, and licensed psychologist.   He is a best-selling author and columnist, media resource for psychology and sports psychology, and seminar leader to business and sports groups worldwide on topics such as performance enhancement, mental health, general psychology, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle. He frequently appears on national television and radio, and his commentary is found almost daily in thousands of newspapers, magazines, and trade journals, including ESPN, Sports Illustrated, SI Magazine, and USA Today.  He coaches NFL quarterbacks, professional tennis players, as well as Olympic Athletes, and has coached tennis at the major tournaments including the 2007 Australian Open and he worked as a sports psychologist in Beijing, China at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Ari Novick, PhD, Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist & Certified Anger Management Trainer/Professional
Dr. Novick is the founder of the AJ Novick Group for Anger and Stress Management and an adjunct professor of Psychology at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology.   He has been a consultant for both Discovery Channel and Fox Television and has made numerous presentations on the subjects of anger management, stress management and empathy.  His previous experience also includes youth segment marketing & sales for companies such as Van Shoes, Timberland, and Skechers.  He is also the co-author of the highly acclaimed book in anger management, Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century.

Marc Perlman, MA, Founder of the Nurturing Fathers Program
Mark has 35 years of experience working with parents, children and families in strengthening the family bond.  He authored The Nurturing Father's Program, a 13-week parenting curriculum for men that has been utilized by thousands of fathers and implemented by organizations such as Prevent Child Abuse, Head Start, Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative, North Carolina Department of Corrections, and the State of Michigan.  Mark also authored the MArrage & PArenting Program (MA&PA) that helps couples parent successfully as a team.  He is the past Executive Director of the Family Counseling Center, The Child Protection Center and Fathers United Network (FUN) of Sarasota, Florida.  He has served on the Florida Commission on Responsible Fatherhood, Commission on Marriage and Family Support, and currently on the Governor's Child Abuse Prevention and Permanency Council. Mark is the proud married father of 2 grown sons.

Dr. Russell Robertson, Chair of Family Medicine, Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine
Dr. Russell Robertson is Professor and Chair of Family and Community Medicine at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.  Previously, he had been associate professor of family and community medicine and associate dean for faculty affairs at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.  He has been married to his wife for 33 years and is the proud father of 2 wonderful, grown children.  Despite his hectic lifestyle as a physician, Dr. Robertson was fortunate to miss only 1 game during his two children's three-sport high school years.

Dr. Brad Sachs, Psychologist, Author, Speaker, and Consultant
Dr. Brad Sachs is a psychologist specializing in clinical work with children, adolescents, couples, and families, in Columbia, Maryland, and the Founder and Director of The Father Center, a program designed to meet the needs of new, expectant, and experienced fathers. He is the author of numerous award-winning books, and has been featured on 300+ TV & radio shows, including the Today Show, 20/20, and the Montel Williams Show.  He is a graduate of Brown University, where he met his wife, Dr. Karen Meckler, a psychiatrist and medical acupuncturist, and together they raise their three teenagers children and two dogs in Columbia, Maryland.

Dr. Jim Taylor, Sports, Parenting, and Business Performance Psychologist
Jim Taylor, Ph.D., has consulted with young people, parents, and educators for more than 23 years. He has been a frequent speaker at numerous elementary and secondary schools, youth-sports programs, and performing-arts organizations around the country. Dr. Taylor is the author of ten books, including Positive Pushing: How to Raise a Successful and Happy Child,  Your Children are Under Attack: How Popular Culture is Destroying Your Kids' Values, and How You Can Protect Them, and Prime Sport: Triumph of the Athlete Mind. He has published more than 400 articles in scholarly and popular publications, and has given over 600 workshops and presentations throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East. A former alpine ski racer who competed internationally, Dr. Taylor is a 2nd degree black belt in karate, a marathon runner, and an Ironman triathlete. Dr. Taylor lives north of San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.

Jacinta Bronte-Tinkew, PhD, fatherhood researcher
Dr. Jacinta Bronte-Tinkew is a social demographer who has conducted research on fathers and families and is the author of multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and reports on fathers. She has worked with fathers and families as a researcher and with programs as a program evaluator over the last decade. She has been the Principal Investigator of multiple research studies on fathers and families funded by the National Institutes of Health, ASPE/DHHS, and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). Dr. Bronte-Tinkew has also managed one of a number of unique, groundbreaking activities in the field of fatherhood research that arose out of the fatherhood research initiative in the mid-1990s, aimed at incorporating common fatherhood measures into national surveys. She has been actively involved in collaborative work with several federal and private researchers aimed at introducing common fatherhood constructs into nationally representative surveys.  She earned her Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000. She is married and the mother of boy and twin girls
